Collections
We have over 125 different vehicles in our fleet including Artics, Dustcarts, Skip Lorries, Ro-Ros, vacuum tankers and other specialist vehicles.
Processing
We handle & process over 1 MILLION tonnes of waste per year. 500k tonnes of waste is processed at our permitted sites for recycling/recovery.

The Waste Hierarchy
Countrystyle focuses’ on the key levels of the waste hierarchy. We help our clients reduce the cross contamination and increase source segregation, prepare materials for reuse, process materials and waste for recycling / composting / Anaerobic Digestion (AD) and recovery.
Reduce – Education is key to effective and sustainable management of resources. Countrystyle has a responsive approach to helping customers manage resources and work alongside them to deliver solutions to their waste problems for the benefit of the wider community.
Preparing for Reuse – The company’s plasterboard recycling operations facilitate the conversion of plasterboard waste into recycled gypsum powder for direct use in the manufacture of new plasterboard by Knauf UK.
Recycle / Compost / AD – Countrystyle has several core operations that support the conversion of waste into raw material substitutes. This includes sorting DMR into its constituent fractions for onward recycling, A Grade waste wood recycling for panel board manufacture, green and food waste transfer activities for composting and AD for power generation and digestate liquid fertilisers and extracting scrap metals from its treatment operations for recycling.
Recovery / EfW – General waste processed into RDF is supplied to the Energy from Waste market and processed C Grade waste wood is used as biomass fuel for district heat and power demands.
